Decorated with a unique embroidery technique developed by Alice. Imagery for the boot was taken from Victor Muller's 1870 painting Salome with the Head of John the Baptist. Alice embroidered onto beautiful Sophie Hallette French lace, then printed on the surface a cropped version of the painting, focussing on Salome's peachy cheek.
