Oxford Bootie
Style

A Caroline Groves statement boot.

Usually on a 7 or 9 cm Louis heel which could be full or slim. Illustrated here with 14 lace holes but could be more or less dependent on leg length.

These boots are always silk lined and fitted very closely to the ankle.

Detailing can take the form of grosgrain edge treatments, top stitching and, of course, woven laces.

Other decoration could include hand illustration, gold tooling or embroidered elements.

Always hand welted, hand stitched soles and hand carved and leather covered heels.
